For a global company in the financial services industry, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (m/f/d).
As an HR Business Partner for Germany and Switzerland, you'll play a pivotal role in driving people strategy and ensuring success. You'll collaborate closely with leaders to provide strategic HR advice, manage employee relations, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Talent Acquisition and Development: Lead recruitment efforts, oversee onboarding, and support employee development initiatives.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including performance reviews, conflict resolution, and investigations.
Compensation and Benefits: Ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages are in place.
People Analytics: Utilize data to identify trends, measure HR performance, and inform decision-making.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, international environment
In-depth knowledge of German and Swiss labor laws
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in German and English
