We are looking for you, located in Trier, Bonn (with home office option) as a

Lead Developer Patient Portal (m/w/d)

Your tasks are:

• Line manager for a large team developing software for patient engagement (patient portal)

• Ensure portability, scalability, maintainability and usability of the product

• Contribute to roadmap creation and ensure delivery according to this roadmap

• Be a mentor and motivator for your team members

• Recruitment and selection of employees

• Performance Management

• Collaborate with local and international product teams

You’ll bring in:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or information systems or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience

• Experience in management and/or working of/with agile development teams

• Leadership orientated thinking

• Expertise in at least 4 of the following technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Jakarta EE, Quarkus, SQL, Oracle, Postgres, Javascript & CSS, Angular

• Practical experience in the development of enterprise applications

• Experience in the healthcare sector would be an advantage

• Strong oral and written German language skills

• Strong oral and written English language skills
