Job Description
As the AWS Business Operations Lead, you will be responsible for driving and optimizing Devoteam’s AWS partnership across professional services, sales enablement, and strategic operations. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of go-to-market initiatives, funding programs, and partnership governance to maximize business impact.
Key Responsibilities
AWS Partnership Management
Ensure and maintain AWS Premier Partner status.
Oversee opportunity management, certifications, and use cases development.
EMEA AWS SCA program management, funding distribution and invoicing.
Coordinate executive meetings, business reviews, and credit distribution.
Go-to-Market & Offer Management
Oversee AWS Marketplace and APN listings for Devoteam’s public offers.
Drive enablement initiatives for AWS sales across EMEA.
Align Devoteam’s consulting service offerings with AWS frameworks.
Develop and maintain key sales and marketing assets.
Coordinate AWS-related marketing efforts, including newsletters and customer references.
Sales Enablement
Support sales teams with training, reporting, and AWS relationship management.
Facilitate sales operations, including ACE role assignments and CRM data accuracy.
Create and maintain sales performance dashboards on SFDC and ACE.
Operational Excellence & Governance
Organize AWS business unit governance meetings, including business reviews with Group’s executives and other stakeholders.
Contribute to the strategic business planning and setting of OKRs for the AWS business on the group level.
Track KPIs related to revenue, sales, certifications, and AWS project engagements.
Oversee AWS related billing and invoicing operations.
Maintain access management for AWS accounts and portals, community channels, and internal processes.
Qualifications
1-3+ years of full-time professional experience in business operations, partner / program management, or a similar role.
Bilingual in English
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Strong expertise in sales enablement, GTM strategy, reporting and business governance.
Experience in working with SFDC or other CRM tools
