Perfect way to kickstart my tech career! The 2 projects were engaging, and the expectations were clear and achievable. The support and feedback I received throughout the project helped me grow and refine my technical (& also project management + customer communication) skills. Overall, it was an excellent experience that boosted my confidence and prepared me for future opportunities in the tech industry. Could not have been better!

Absolutely perfect for beginners and senior developers, but not for people wanting to become C-level managers or more, bc the company has a relatively flat hierarchy – definitely possible to advance to roles such as Senior Developer or project team lead from junior or one-time freelancer, but opportunities for higher-level positions seem limited (as of 2024) to me
