The team was just assembled beginning of 2017 and is already working together very openly and directly.

the founders care a lot about not burning out the team. so with a few exceptions, nights and weekends have been free for family and hobbies of course

Lots of freedom to test and grow by doing-it-yourself if you want to incl tolerance for mistakes

diversity is a given already and due to the founder's character will never be a problem hopefully

Company grew very quickly and the office in Startplatz is definitely not big enough. New office in 09/2017, yay!!!
