All Colleagues are nice and direct colleagues trustworthy.
The contract and communication to colleauges in other departments are very good.
But, unfortunately, some people with a lot of power have a behind the back philosophy.
Wrong information are very often spreaded to other colleagues up to the management.

- Supervisors are mostly nice and listening but in general, they do not know about the Tasks of the Department
- Most of the Decisions are quite bad and causes Problems, which Employees have to fix
- information to Employees are given, when it is to late
- New Processes or Actions are not communicated
Interessante Aufgaben
- the Tasks which are told at the Jobinveriew are completely different to the actual work.
The reason for that is, that Supervisors have no clue about the actual work

- The Air of the rooms is quite bad and you get blamed by opening Windows
- The Desks and Chairs are not really up to date
- The organisation in general is quite bad
- Supervisors and Management takes no Action or responsibility
- There are no interests of evolving
- Sensitive documents and Employee Data are very open and not handled professional
- Processes are not existing
- there is no Jobtraining, so you have to figure out by yourself
- when you are new, direct colleauges are helping so good they can, but have mostly no time

- Garbage will be not separated
- Printer has no Dustfilter
- a lot of people have Businesscars, although it is not necessary
- Some people take Cars without permission to drive nearby for private grocery/food

- the salary is in the middle but for the to does it is totally fine
- unfortunately there is no frustration compensation

- in general, most people are annoyed when it is about work, because the organisation is struggling with basics

- there is no chance for personal education and growth
- Supervisors have no clue about the daily business and do not know the skills of their people
