Kibiku is generally a good employer. The people working there are (generally) flexible and dedicated team builders.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
With a few exceptions, the combination of "team, parents and managers" works. The team is very free to do their work however they feel it is the best; the parents are free to give their opinion, compliments, and complaints (and their voice is heard); and the managers are present and open to hearing what the team and parents are saying and ready to make any necessary adjustments.
Kommunikation
Could be better. A kindergarten routine can be pretty intense and it is understandable how hard it is to keep everybody informed of everything that is happening. However, that is a point that could still be worked on.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
It's good. Nowhere in the world can get a five-star on this one.
Work-Life-Balance
It could be better if we had more people on the team. Or if we reduced the opening times, which they will be doing soon, so I am sure this one will be way better in a few months!
