Zero flexibility, Cannot speak for yourself, They dont want to adopt the new Tech trends or Mindsets
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The medical domain was fascinating, and I enjoyed working in an industry that contributes to healthcare.
I gained valuable insights into the field, which I appreciate.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
From the moment you step in, you realize this is not a dynamic or motivating place to work. The atmosphere is dull, the management is rigid, and there is no trust in employees. If you’re looking for a modern, supportive, and engaging workplace, this is not the company for you.
Kommunikation
You cannot express your opinions, you have to put your ideas through the will of one person, who thinks what he thinks is right.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues besides CEO were nice, helpful, open to ideas and supportive.
Work-Life-Balance
The company has an extremely rigid approach to work-life balance. Employees are not trusted to manage their responsibilities, and even reasonable requests (such as a WFH day for an important personal matter) are denied. In my case, I was pressured to reschedule a previously arranged home appointment, and when I pushed back, it was later cited as one of the reasons for my termination. This indicates a culture where questioning decisions is discouraged, and management operates with a lack of flexibility and empathy.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
He has an extremely rigid and outdated approach to work flexibility. Every time I requested a simple work-from-home arrangement—even for a single meeting—I was denied and referred to ‘German law’ as a justification. However, many companies in Germany offer flexible working arrangements, and it became clear that this was more about control than actual legal restrictions. When I pushed back on this rigid policy, management took it personally and later used it as a reason for my termination. This company does not support work-life balance or trust employees to manage their own responsibilities.
Gleichberechtigung
No, everyone is treated differently.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
I didn't see any person's request being heard with respect. CEO comes with straight forward NOs.
Arbeitsbedingungen
I was terminated with 20 days after I started working, despite consistently working 35-38 hours per week—just slightly below the 40-hour contract requirement. The company refused to offer any flexibility, even though I had clearly communicated during my interview that I was taking German classes in the evening.
During my termination meeting, my manager told me, 'I am not paying you for your German class.' This statement perfectly summarizes the company’s short-sighted and rigid approach.
Rather than focusing on actual performance and results, management was obsessed with tracking hours down to the minute. Even though I worked late on some days and contributed effectively, they still enforced their outdated policies without any room for discussion.
This company does not support work-life balance, does not trust its employees, and does not offer any flexibility—even when reasonable accommodations are requested. If you value professional growth and a fair work environment, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
