Flat management and communication, i.e. you don't obviously feel the hierarchy here in the European group/ German company. It's just a big team within which everybody works towards the same goal.

Most of my team members have 10-15years＋ experience in PV industry but they are friendly, humours, ready to support and share. Although most are working from home now, and everyone is pretty occupied with their own tasks, we keep timely exchange and support to each other.
Work-Life-Balance
That's a challenge for Home-office and for a small team handling the whole european market as a Chinese giant's small baby toddling here in the faraway Europe. It takes time to get used to the company pace and culture, but if you are capable of adapting, you will survive, grow fast and see the improvement slowly happenning.

High-rise office in the center of Frankfurt with convenient transportation, although most ppl home-office now most of the time, feels good to go to the office, meet&work with colleagues there once in a while
