Unless you're just starting out in your career, you won't find any interesting or challenging tasks here. As a result, motivation is quite low in many teams as there are no clear goals to work towards.

The condition of the office is getting worse and worse. Once you get onboarded, you'll find that the most basic things, like reliable wifi, usable meeting rooms and clean (!) work equipment, are simply not provided. And no one seems to feel responsible for fixing these problems.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salaries are below market average. Since the takeover, more and more benefits (e.g. Bonusly, frequent office parties) have been cut with the promise to replace them in the near future. So far, these promises have not been kept.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You won't be happy if you're ambitious. There are no clear or standardized paths for career advancement/promotions and additional responsibilities are often taken for granted without being adequately recognized and appreciated. Slackers are tolerated, which fosters a culture of mediocrity.
