Arbeitsatmosphäre
The managing director of the company was and is still using our time tool to monitor if we reach our time that we need to work. It was a "secret" first until she came into our room to remind everyone to watch our time because she is watching us. Generally the managing department, if there even is one, is already digging a grave for the company. Basically nobody gives a damn what you do. I had two events where no single soul asked for the results. And forget about good feedback, or any feedback.
Kommunikation
I never worked in a company with such a bad communication. Whole content plans are being changed because somebody had a great idea, request between departments vanish, basically there's no communication. Covid Cases were made a secret, often only communicated in random whatsapp chats, so people came to work without knowing of possible risk of infection.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The only good think about the company, we all knew we were in a sinking boat.
Work-Life-Balance
Many of us were working after work, working on the weekend to post reels and stories is normal and it's not well seen if you say you are refusing to do it. Going into vacay without your smartphone and notebook? Make sure to explain that you are close to a burnout.
Interessante Aufgaben
The work itself was actually quite interesting but got monotounous quick because of a lack of time for innovation.

Office is not reachable if you would be in a wheelchair, 90% of the employees are female.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Be prepared to use shipping boxes to adjust your monitor (if you get one, one colleague was working 2 years with her small notebook) and basically forget anything that increases your wellbeing. Office is too small for the amount of employees, and ofc, despite Covid, we had to come to the office three times a week and many times people had to work in the kitchen because there was no room.
There are no benefits, people have to pay for their own coffee. The only thing we had was water. They try to make you believe that this is normal in Barcelona, it's not.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Basically green washing. MiiN has a variety of brands using microplastics. Despite shipping from Korea, there is no effort in compansating their foot print.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
For Barcelona the salary was okay, but I know other colleagues earned less then me.
