The atmosphere is normally quite good, but there are up's and down's depending on the companies performance.
Kommunikation
Since some major changes in 2019 and the introduction of MSTeams the communication has increased from good to very good. Regular Feedback is requested and critisism is not punished.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
This is the biggest plus for Milengo. The colleagues are always nice and friendly. Discussions are normally open and constructive.
Work-Life-Balance
This has already improved over the last years, but the final steps were taken during the Corona crisis. The core working hours are more or less fixed, but the location is free to choose in the full range between remote and onside.

Interessante Aufgaben
This really depends where you are working and how eager you are to learn. But there is always a huge chunk of things that needs to be done. If you want you can focus on more interesting stuff, but you can also take care of the buisness as usual.
Gleichberechtigung
Roughly 70% of the team are women and in the meantime most of the managment as well (before it was a little bit more tricky, not bad, but not ideal)
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Good, but maybe not the best you can get, but this is related to the localisation industry in total. The initial salaries are sometimes very low, but this normally improves after some time to acceptable.
