I worked for Moyyn from outside Germany and the staff was overall international. The employer has created a system that allows flexible working hours complimented by regular organisational meeting, and has thus achieved an effective work environment that motivates both us, the employees, and the company's progress.
Kommunikation
The team hads general meetings, and members are encouraged to work together in closed circles (or pairs) on tasks combining the different skills of each person on the team for various specific scenarios. Communication is easy to maintain throughthe company's chosen platforms.
Interessante Aufgaben
The activities are focused on what the short-term and long-term goals of the company are. Everyone is envolved in the life of the company, even the interns.
