Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The relationship that I had with my employers was without a doubt the
most stable, professional and satisfying in my career. From the
meetings, to establishing tasks and making sure we always had all the
resources necessary to accomplish our work. Another very important
department of the company was the HR department which was always so
professional, clarifying and helpful - I honestly felt they played a huge
role in making the employees feel fully satisfied in the company.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
There might lack some communication in moments where it's needed
the most. However, I think this mainly occurs with some new comers
who still are in the process of integrating themselves in the company.
