Stressful, psychological draining, fun at times but mostly bad.
Kommunikation
There's not much communication, you get told what to do and even if it's the dumbest thing in the world, nobody wants to hear it. Communication goes both ways and here it goes one way.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
No one is trust worthy. The would sell their own mother if that is what it takes to move forward. Shameful really.

The owners are nice but the people in charge are money driven and are under a high amount of stress to deliver so they forget you are human and don't care about you as a person.

Mostly is the company there to make money so they take every project and most are just bad.
