Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I value the open, trustful atmosphere where I can speak my mind, share any thought and idea. Even in disagreements I always feel taken seriously and valued, that's great and not so common everywhere.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

It is a bit tough to give a proper estimation on this in purely remote times like now. Back in the old times, there was a lot of laughing, after hour beers, joking around, sticking heads together to pan out new ideas.

Kommunikation

Personally I believe communication can be always improved as this is mostly the root cause for problems but I feel that we invest quite some time and energy for a clear and useful communication. It's both ways of course, push and pull. But it's quite transparent and designed to allow taking ownership on various accounts.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

I can count on my colleagues and they can count on me. Back-stabbing or something like that is unknown to me here. We have a lot of remarkable and inspiring people here.

Work-Life-Balance

I think the age average here is around mid or end Thirty, so most people have a life outside of the company they take care of. I think we always have enough to do and here and there we have some bottlenecks but in general the management emphasises a healthy work life balance and tries to demonstrate so by themselves.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

What I most value about my bosses is the very open atmosphere. I feel fully confident to share any idea, observation or critic. Key for me here is to feel taken seriously. It is a very trustful and respectful behaviour in my opinion.

Interessante Aufgaben

If one is interested helping digitalising a very big, diverse and partly old fashion group, I think the things we do are super interesting. But one needs also patiences, as things can move quite slow. Changing this - over time, is one of the goals we have. Relationship building is very important I believe and not just for certain positions. Personally, I learned so much in the last years and I hope I will be allowed doing so for years to come.

Gleichberechtigung

We have a high awareness of the importance of this topic and drive different initiatives. However, it does not reflect as it should be when it comes to the leadership team for example as of now.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

I never experienced any kind of ageism, that's not in our DNA.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

The awareness of this topic grows - yet alone from the staff. There are so many things where we can improve for sure, but we do and drive different initiatives with passion I feel.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

The company is determined to pay within the usual ranges and expectations I'd say.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

I think we had some remarkable examples of very interesting career developments. We are not that big of course, so some paths are limited but we offer a lot of opportunities, inside and outside of the company.
