OneData promotes itself as Respectful, Authentic and Employee Oriented. On the surface, that may be true, but the internal structures are so rattled that employees are hired and fired on the fly. The "hire & fire" mentality seems to have become so entrenched over the last few years that a constant turnover has established itself in all departments. There is a strong core team that has been employed for years, all other employees are constantly replaced.
In every fast-waking software company, changes in strategy are made, which is absolutely normal, but the planning and implementation often seem poorly thought out.

Thank you for being part of One Data, for taking the time to share your experiences and please excuse the fact that you had to wait longer for a comment regarding your rating.

As you have already mentioned, we are currently in a growth phase, which is why internal structures are changing in parts. We very much regret that you had the feeling that our values, such as respectful, authentic and employee-oriented, are only superficially important. We certainly don't want this to happen, as these are very important to us, just like each of our colleagues.
