The learning curve was quite steep, which I found to be both challenging and rewarding. This environment pushed me to expand my skills and knowledge rapidly. The feedback loops are extremely short and direct which aids fast development. Also, German and English fluency are essential to contribute on all fronts effectively.

Hours are very reasonable for the industry. It is obviously not a 9-5, thus flexibility is key. Clear communication about personal plans is appreciated and considered in staffing decisions.

Responsibilities given to the juniors are unique, creative and challenging. There is a 70:30 split between the Green and Red Program tasks.
