Start appreciating and listening to your employees, hire less interns and more experienced people, invest in your people, communicate transparent, build trust

The overall dissatisfaction could be felt throughout departments. Long working hours and very low appreciaton made it worse.
Kommunikation
A bit of lack in communication is normal, however here it is lower than normal due to a huge lack of planning and involing the right people in communicatins especially internally.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
colleagues were great, and it is hardly understandable that the company managed to find such great, talented employees. Although most work was realised by highly qualified interns

long working hours were expected on a regular basis and not conform with what was contractually agreed.

criticism is mostly not constructive, planning almost not existent, internal communication is very bad, target were often unrealistic and requests were mostly not convertible esp. in terms of timings set
Interessante Aufgaben
as a young company they offered good challenges, however if people are constantly overloaded the work can not be realised sufficiently. That is why you do not get the chance to feel like you have added great value as an employee, although you surly did.
Gleichberechtigung
climbing up the career ladder is only very limited possible, although you might thin it is easier compared to more established companies. Women are hired and the balance is there. Still there is no rom for employees with family really, unless you agree to keep up with the rest in terms of working hours...

working conditions were rather start-up like, although the company had already existed long enugh to start investing in better working conditions.

There is no real engagement in any social projects.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
sallary is low, no matter if you have a phd or graduate degree. The start-up argument is taken as an excuse.

the product is ok, but buggy. i would rather not refer it. the overall image sadly has dropped over time.

There are no invstments in employess willing to take part in any training or further education
