Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- A lot of flexibility, regarding working hours, vacation, tasks. You can plan your own working day according to your meetings and choose which projects you would like to work on.
- We work completely remote but if you live in an area close to other colleagues you can work together from a co-working space.
- There is open communication, you can always say anything you want and address any issues that may bother you.
- The team is very helpful.
- The CE0 is very kind, always available for meetings and open to suggestions.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- The starting salary for Juniors is low but there is uncapped commission and with promotion the base salary is higher and good.
