Forever grateful for Pets Deli!

I would like to thank Pets Deli for the awesome experience, and I will forever be grateful for such a company that took me from 0 and built me up to get a full-time position and be able to excel in it. I notice in my everyday tasks at my new job that I have learned a LOT of things from Pets Deli, and I will never forget that. It will always hold a huge place in my heart, because it really did feel like family.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I have to say that the work atmosphere at Pets Deli has always been amazing and filled with positivity. The founder was always such an inspirational person to me, and she always put a lot of focus into hiring the right managers and the right people, which in turn helped employees feel at home and like a real family.
Kommunikation
The communication was great at Pets Deli, everyone was available for one another, and you could express yourself, as it was actually encouraged.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everyone felt like a family there, regardless of which team you're in, you'd feel connected to all the other colleagues from different teams. Eating lunch together and doing fun events as well has always helped Pets Delians bond and form this connection.
Work-Life-Balance
I was never asked to work after hours, if I felt sick I never felt forced to work and everyone was super understanding that everyone has their own life as well. The founder always made sure to encourage us to go for walks with our dogs, do some Yoga and I never got the feeling that I was stressed after work.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I have to say that I have had the best managers working for Pets Deli and I would have never been where I am now without the 3 managers that have mentored me through my time at Pets Deli. My first manager felt like an older sister to me who genuinely cared about my well-being and took me under her wing to teach me everything, she was also such an experienced and inspirational person. My second manager was also easily one of the best people I've had the pleasure of working with, she mentored my thesis afterwards and always had my back. She always took the time to develop me during her interim position at Pets Deli. For all my three managers, thank you!
Interessante Aufgaben
The tasks were always very diverse which was perfect for a working student! I have learned so many things from work related topics up until personality development, that has shaped me into the person I am now.
