Arbeitsatmosphäre
Due to the management communication style, the PMG Holding office atmosphere is normally silent and sad. Recently management tried to promote a different culture in order to have more employees coming to the company "with a smile on their face" but I was not able to see any result of this attempt.
Kommunikation
Communication between colleagues is normally good, although everyone is suspicious that what he/she says can be used against him. Communication from management is mantained "artificially" complex to underline a sense of "distance" with the "Geschäftsfuhrung". Often information that would be normally openly exchanged are kept secret to avoid no one knows what. This brings to the birth of "rumors" and internal "urban legends" that could be easily avoided with a more open approach to communication.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are different "groups" of employees in this small company. In general the "not so nice" situation with the management makes people suspicious of each other and just after long time colleagues start to really truist each other.
Work-Life-Balance
Nothing special but also nothing extremely bad. The wonderful location of the company close to Austrian and the Bavarian alps is for sure a plus.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Here there is for sure lots to improve. The behavior of the upper management (in general) is definitely not in line with what you would expect in a modern organized company. In some cases, the way they treat employees can really be close to mobbing. The way the tasks are requested to be completed is often based on "fear" of being fired or on psychological pressures that are very demotivating. Moreover everyone feels to be overcontrolled and someties huge discussions arise because of small things that couzld be solved on a much more informal way. This explains the high ratio of people leaving the company and looking for something better.
Interessante Aufgaben
There is potentially lots to do in the company. Nevertheless this potential is basically not exploited since the focus is on saving money and thsi makes lots of people frustrated because of the missing opportunities.

Nothing special to portrait in this area. No big issues with older or younger colleagues.
Arbeitsbedingungen
People have all what they need to complete their job in terms of IT and office equipment. For sure PMG Holding does not provide the latest technical gadgets to the employees

Nothing special to report in this area.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
PMG was considered to pay the employees above average. This changed with the new management starting in 2015. I cannot say that the company is giving bad wages and the montly salary is always paid on time. Given the general bad attitude in the office, people tend to consider their paycheck unsatisfactory anyway.

Very few people say something good about PMG Holding. Often discussions rotate around finding new opportunities or a new job.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
As far as I can tell, there was no chance to go to a training or even to mantain a "constructive" relation with the vendors (like participating in events or something similar) because such activites were always depicted as "Lust Reise" (leisure trips). This made slowly even ASKING for such stuff not doable at all.
