Project A is the exact opposite of “Ellebogengesellschaft”. I never experienced internal competition, which is quite special for a place with such a high density of ambitious and talented people

Project A is not really a place for somebody who looks for a 9-5 job. This worked super well for me, and also most other Project A people. But if you want to leave work ever day in time, then you probably don’t fit into many of the departments

At Project A, you face many challenging projects. It’s great to know that your manager stands 100% behind you. They are the kind of person who immediately jump into the breach if sth goes not after plan. Also, they are super approachable and open to hear your opinion.

Your salary could probably somewhere else be higher when you start as a Junior. But therefore you’ll have big career and salary jumps when you do good work
