Arbeitsatmosphäre
From the beginning I got support from all my collegues and team leaders. The trust is immense. You got important things to work on from day one.
It is a startup, you are definetly there to work and don't hide behind your screen but everybody enjoys the time at the office (or home office) and getting closer to the goals.
Kommunikation
I would say communication was the biggest issue while I was working at qualifyze. The founders and all people where super open about problems, goals and feedback and tried to communicate very much and well. It did not worked out very well all the time. Sometimes you got involved in too many things and tought about stuff you just wasted your energy with. Sometimes you could not understand decisions because of too unspecific communication.
But we talked a lot about it and shared feedback, so we improved it a lot to the end and we all got more focused.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
At qualifyze there is a great team spirit. The people push each other to do the best but always stay in line with reachable goals. There is trust, that everybody gives everything to make the customer happy. If something doesn't work, you don't question things. You accept it and find a solution together.
I experienced the company growing from 12 to 35 people. There was never a loss of this energy.
Work-Life-Balance
My team leaders always were very nice to me. I could get off for vaction very spontanisously and could work freely at the days, which fitted best in my schedule. It was even okay to go abroad for half a year and work from another country.
Other collegues got kids and got full support in that journey. The whole team respects each personal life. If you have problmes in any case they try to support you and take care of your needs.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I worked with the founders as well as other people as my bosses. I always got informed about important stuff and got invited for all calls. My opinion had the same weight like all other employees. On the stuff I was working on, everybody saw me as the professional. My opinion was wanted and aknowledged. There is no real hierarchy at qualifyze.
Interessante Aufgaben
I did a lot of different stuff. People always made sure I enjoy what I was doing.
When I came up with a completely new topic and idea, they supported me and gave myself time and other resources to work on that idea.
Gleichberechtigung
Qualifyze is a very divers company with a bunch of people from all around the world. You feel, that everybody sees everybody as a special collegue. There is no categorization.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The team leaders take care you use the best tools and aren't scared to invest in good tools. So if you can explain why the company needs something, you will most probaly get it.
The offices I worked in were all very good shared offices.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Qualifyze took care I get a fair payment. Me, as a working student, of course didn't got the highest salary. But I do got an pay award without asking. I came there not to get the highest salary, I came to learn stuff, which I did.

It is a great company in a great german startup scene. It works in the oldfashioned pharma industry, so you get to know a lot of interesting people from the old and new world.
All colleagues enjoyed this and were proud to work for qualifyze.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
All colleagues accepted and supported that I put my school in first place. Even when I was leaving I got full support on that transition.
