I like working for Quintiq Düsseldorf because we have a great atmosphere here in the office and the colleagues will always lend you a helping hhand should you need it.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Sometimes communication and processes with the other offices are a bit difficult. Salary could be a bit more.

It doesn't matter which Business Unit you are in- in Düsseldorf everyone gets along just fine

No idea how old everyone is here- hard to estimate. But there is no difference
