Awesome work atmosphere and very interesting tasks. You get a say in what you are working on and you get responsibility from day 1.

It's a very fast-paced environment (somebody may like this, I don't).

Difficulties in proper communication channels. No hiding of info, just not placing them properly. I guess that's what's happening in a fast-paced startup environment.
