For me as engineer, every day has great challenges to grow with, the job also comes with a lot of freedom, ownership and responsibility. We can work and experiment with new technologies and apply the to our solutions.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Training/Development: There is some room for improvement, primarily due to a shortage of engineers and consequently limited time. However, as we continue to grow, these areas will improve soon.
Career: We have quarterly feedback meetings to define goals and foster growth. Overall, I feel that career development is valued appropriately.
