I sometimes go to the office but most of the time work remote. For the days in the office I am looking forward to our own office that they are searching for at the moment because we work currently in a co-working space and I have a lot of calls every day and don't have that many opportunities to retreat there.

Because we are a start-up we have a lot to do but we have the chance to structure our day like we need it and can combine our family/private life and our work life and don't burn out. And the remote first approach also helps a lot regarding this.
