Verbesserungsvorschläge

There are some deeply engrained structural problems within the organisation which are unwise not to address. There is a problematic level of cronyism and a resulting helplessness to manage the realities of the situation - this 'cost' is absorbed by others! Luckily, there are some engaged, clever folk that will bring it over the finish line - I wish them well!

Arbeitsatmosphäre

I experienced the team as fun and supportive. There is certainly a desire to work professionally and adopt/adapt new educational thought/strategies. I learnt a lot.

Kommunikation

It's a big place with a lot of factors/actors involved - add a global pandemic and geopolitical realities and things get messy. But everyone does their best.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

I laughed a lot.

Work-Life-Balance

There are systematic restraints which are just a given and therefore have to be accepted. However, there is a blinkered lack of fantasy with many discussions beginning and ending with, "Es war immer so!" or "Damals war es noch schlimmer!" which just frustrated.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Other colleagues did much better here than me! I was often quite shabbily handled and more than once had to address outrageous levels of incivility. I'm surprised that they're surprised that I quit! And they are the reason I quit...

Interessante Aufgaben

The job is as interesting as you make it. I had a fantastic colleague and we invested time and energy into making the Alltag a rewarding one.
