Arbeitsatmosphäre

The working atmosphere was great. For me it was my very first job in Germany. When they hired me my German wasn't that good but the Company didn’t care. They look for passion and energy which can not be taught. All the rest can be taught.

Kommunikation

Communication was very effective: every week I had my one-on-one with the manager in which we used to analyze how things were going. It’s a Company based on honest and constant feedback.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

They were ok. Some of them lacked energy and passion but unfortunately for them this is not a job you can do without passion

Work-Life-Balance

Work life balance was ok. It’is not a job by the hour but by objectives (It’s a consultancy company). It happened to receive phone calls after 18 with customers, very rarely. But it was me who wanted to pick up, no one forced me (my big motivation was the incentive bonus system).

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The boss was always available, always. It is part of the company culture not to have the traditional boss: more a coach rather than a boss.

Leads generation was tough but it’s part of the job

As I said before this Company strongly believes in diversity and inclusion. And anyone has the opportunity to get a promotion (results are visible to everyone) in a very crystal and clear way.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

It’s a very young company. My boss was younger than me (carreers are built on merit, not age). The older ones are the CEOs, however always available

Arbeitsbedingungen

It is a very pleasant and friendly working environment. Everyone knows that goals must be achieved but people do it with a smile, with the right amount of energy.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Amazing. It’s a total paperless Company.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Compensation was fine. The big difference is done by the incentive system: if you’re good you can make a real difference and pretty good money

Pepole were ok and the loved the Company (especially the Company parties)

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Back when I was there the training was done mainly by the Team Leader (not by an external trainer) but it was a lot of good training. A lot of simulations.
