Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Very poor documentation at all levels.
Confusing instructions many time.. For namesake there is option to do 2 days/week home office but many manager do not allow employees take 2 days/week.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

One suggestion for Korea HQ to have trust in other business units like Europe.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Long hierarchy chain. All decisions are made in Korea. People are holding big positions but effectiveness of their opinions is very very limited.
Management do not encourage open discussion.

Kommunikation

Horrible communication. Some managment people from HQ has very poor hold on English. So unfortunately they cannot express their opinion fully even if rarely they want to.
Hypocrisy is deep rooted in management.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Many time people from Munich and Korea office are not in sync. Team spirit is very low. Instead of working together in critical situation majority people have tendency to play blame game.
It's one big company but behaves like two individual entity(suppler(HQ) and client(Europe)).

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Not managers are same. My experience is very bad.
Do not care about employee reputation.
Many people are very rude and do not have basic sense of corporate communication.

Interessante Aufgaben

Very monotonus job... no opportunity to grow other than your regular activity. People don't even roles and responsibility clearly.
