Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

It is heavily controlled by the Korean HQ. Our higher management doesn't have power to change things. Management is afraid to fight for their employees.

Talk to your employees. Get surveys on what they think about the current salary and their management perception.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

It depends on the team. I am lucky to have a great team. My supervisor is a very good leader and has a long term plan.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

As mentioned by other evaluator, employees are competing with each other. If someone gets high salary increase, the other must get nothing or a little.

Work-Life-Balance

No work life balance. The german culture is missing. We work usually more than 10 hours per day and of course it wont be paid. I usually end up more than 40 hours a month of overhours. HR cuts this every month so my overhours the month after is only 16 hours. This repeats every month.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

As said, my supervisor is one of the few ones who are really very good.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Working condition is somehow fine. There are some employees who exercised their power in not a fair way (Controlling leader).

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

I got a bad offer and tried to correct it by renegotiating with HR and higher management, but nothing happened.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

With my case, it turned out fine. However, there are some employees who found it difficult to get a training as it needs lot of approvals.
HR announced and increase in the budget some months ago but it was never implemented and surprisingly they even made the budget lower than before.
