Samsung claims to have internal promotions but they don't increase salary nor category compared to outside applicants
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Keep your employees fit, this will make them stick to you for a little bit longer... :)
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Keep working to improve on the things highlighted above. Whatever you reply to my feedback it won't change the reality, only facts will change it. You will keep losing talents which you cannot find replacement for if you keep denying the truth!
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Quite tightfisted when it comes to providing new office appliance; phone, computer, etc. The appliances are from Samsung they are cheap for you!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Depending on the team
Kommunikation
No communication top-down
Kollegenzusammenhalt
People are competing against each other and are not evaluated according their capabilities
Work-Life-Balance
It's the most positive thing I see in Samsung with the paid gym, Jobrad... That doesn't mean compared to the USA brand they are way behind
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Secrecy on promotion, it used to be shared but they decided these days to keep it in secret.
Some positions are "made up" by HR to keep people happy with a title that only means something in paper
Interessante Aufgaben
These are only given to higher categories to feel that they are really doing something while the tasks sometimes could be done by a working student. It's their time to shine!
Gleichberechtigung
Very few women in high positions, besides the new head of HR which has been given hired in this position to prove a point?
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Not many working in the branch besides for some positions of not very high importance
Arbeitsbedingungen
Paid breakfast, lunch, gym, etc. The food a the Aramark canteen is awful
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
As explained above, the company disrespects it's employees by giving them worse conditions on moving to a new position compared to a new applicant external to Samsung
Image
They are trying to improve their image because many people are leaving, specially from the technical marketing side. What does it say from this team?
Karriere/Weiterbildung
they are trying hard to give training to their employees but thousands of approvals need to be accepted in order to have an expensive training or not related to the field.
Management is also being trained becase there are very few leaders in the company which have been given this position in order to keep them happy/promote them to something... without previous experience!
