No recommendation for Saviynt
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
As soon as you are working with Saviynt your live turns into hell. No freetime anymore, only unhappy customers, overtime in a daily base. it took me 2 weeks to realize I have to seek another job and leave asap.

Change the whole leadership as the actual team is totally immature!

Most customers I was responsible for were unhappy and wanted to leave.
Kommunikation
Internal communication is really bad. Colleagues shouting at each other during customer calls.

You are nearly on your own, if you are in trouble, no one helps as no escalation process exists.
Work-Life-Balance
Working 10-12 hours a day is normal. Planned overtime from Leadership team every week. There is no work live balance.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My Manager wasa nice guy but as could'nt change anything or was able to make my live easier, he was nearly useless.
