Please give business development a chance to actually do their job. Just saying "sell gas" is not a strategy. Try at least to keep up with the market. The only ones pushing into modern times tend to be unheard freaks.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Partially questionable tasks and an atmosphere of apathy and desperation are compensated with great colleagues and good facilities. The canteen feeds the soul quite well.

The problem is not so much the communication but the lack of decision making.

Great colleagues. Period. It felt like a weird but very likable family.
Work-Life-Balance
Lots of holidays, 38 h work week, flexitime. Awesome!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
They tend to be very nice, some are pretty funny. They'll fight for you. Sadly, the decision making is rather poor and they've been failing rather hard to keep up with the modern times.
Interessante Aufgaben
Partially you get quite the stuff but sometimes you want to bang your head on the table because of the tasks lack in necessity.
Gleichberechtigung
The management and innovators are totally male dominated but actually, the women are not at all interested in going beyond 9-5. So, if they don't want to, there's no need to force it.

Comfy workplace, nice building, great facility management and decent canteen.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Well, come on, it's natural gas. But they try.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Pay and benefits are of the charts. But it's a relic of old times. I don't think, they'll be able to be that good in the future.

Training's good, you'll get the time to keep up with what you're interested in but career is nearly impossible.
