Would not go back there
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The office building is ideally located. Many really good restaurants and cafés in walking distance.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I wound't know where to begin. Plus, nobody over there wants to hear it.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Old office building with dirty walls and pictures from the 90s - the new carpet makes it look more like an administrative government office than a creative agency. There is nothing creative about the location at all.
The hardware you will be provided with is sometimes so slow that you wait around for an hour or more, if you are a creative and want to work with big data files.
All the good people, who had a vision, wanted to do things differently, people who were honest, fair and cherished their employees & co-workers have all left, because they couldn't stand the unreasonable pressure.
Kommunikation
Not existing.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Within the different teams it used to be great - depending on the team though.
Across agency, it's not existent.
Work-Life-Balance
People have left with burn-outs and similar troubles on a regular basis. Hiring a Freelancer - even if it is completely funded by the client, is like conquering Mount Everest while fighting Nightwalkers, Wildlings and the plague, all at the same time: impossible and painful.
Compensation by vacation days or bonus? Ha-Ha-Ha - good one!
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Difficult to say the least.
Interessante Aufgaben
There used to be some interesting clients and projects, but several of those relationships with the clients: NB clients, recent (project) clients, but also long-term clients have been destroyed.
Gleichberechtigung
Mainly women (95%) - so very hard to tell.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Not very inspiring.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Not existing.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Some people make a ton of money. Some deserve it. Some don't.
90% of the people really are not being paid fair though. Not even remotely.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
If you work hard, keep pushing for more and are willing to fight for acknowledgment, you have pretty good chances to make it close to the top. But be careful: if you get to close to the fire, the flames might burn you.
Continuing Education? Sure - if you find it yourself and if it doesn't cost any money and ideally takes place during your vacation or on the weekend.
