Colleagues are amazing.

Not people oriented and very focused on image instead of actually being a good employer.
Also layoffs every six months don't help.

I would really love to see the company take care of their people. There are really amazing people there who deserve to be treated (as well as their careers) with much more respect than currently.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you appreciate the colleagues and the office environment. Also, we’re sorry to learn about the concerns you’ve raised.

As with every company, we have some improvement areas, and we are committed to improve them. Since last year, we launched a flexible benefits wallet that which every team member has a monthly allowance to use on Urban Sports Club, BVG, Spotify, Eventim, and many other well-known partners. For communication, we created more structured communication channels, and we are working on the career development program currently.
