Communication top down and bottom up could be a lot better. but as i know that smaato is working on it i am very confident that there will be some improvements soon.

Love the team! The collegues are the best part at work. we can work together and have fun together. I never experienced this before.

I can realise my own ideas, which is really good for my personal development. The workload is okay- i guess some where else it wouldn´t be different.

The Atmosphere in the new office is great and also very productive. The rooms are big and light! and not to forget the view...

I actually can not evaluate this. i know that we are seperating waste... ah and i know that we are paying subsidies for kindergarden and have pension schemes. not to forget the fresh fruits for everybody:)

no complaints at all. salary is fair and social benefits are also good

i definitely would recommend smaato. but the brand awareness could be better... not a lot of people know smaato- that´s a shame!

If you work effective and efficient you have a good chance to go from working student to a real job with a lot of responsibilites. i really like the opportunities at smaato
