The employer pockets all the tips.
They only pay 2 weeks after the end of the month. And often late.
They dont communicate to the staff when questioned about tips and fire people who ask about it.

Everyone is tired and overworked and the energy is negative as no one is ever told that they doing a good job. Management is constantly giving negative feedback and dont reward the employees for any of the work done.

There is no manager or supervisor on site, instead the owever monitors the employees on the cameras.

Interessante Aufgaben

The cut down on staff and now they are understaffed and overwork the servers making them do all the cleaning alone. And if its a busy nnight and you have to clean up by yourself, youre overtime wont be paid.

Hire people who speak english only to exploit them on thier rights.

It is frowned upon when you take a break on your shift. Due to being understaffed, there is often no time to take a break. Staff is often overworked

They only pay the salary on the 10th of each month and there is no transparency of how many hours you worked. The POS system constantly breaks down and times and tips are often difficult to track.

They dont care about thier employees and dont train the employees. There is no manual to follow only verbal instructions.
