Micromanagement, unequal opportunities and 'no' to diversity

* In a very past salary reviews were regular and more or less adequate

* Family friendly
* Relocation support

* Non-equal opportunities and conditions
* Diversity is not really welcomed
* Flat hierarchy is not really flat, micromanagement from within the team and from outside of the team, not enough trust
* Lack of true delegation
* Rumors and denunciation, management listens to the rumors and denunciation and doesn't try to figure out what is really happening
* A huge number of backroom games
* Many voices were not heard
* Stock options program has gaps and is built in such a way that the company finds possibilities to refuse to fullfil the stock options exercise requests selectively
* Verbal agreements can be not fulfilled at the end
* Solving of an organizational issue requires a lot of people and time involvement, no transparency which responsibilities are whose
* Engineering resources could be used more effectively
* No referral system
