Good salary and lots of perks like public transportation card, company bike leasing. I especially like the Urban Sportsclub membership. If we ever will be able to use it properly again, that is.

There's a budget for self-learning, conferences, etc. It's a young company, so you do have a chance to carve out a place for you to grow alongside the company.
