I haven't been here that long, but I have been able to note a significant difference to other companies from the beginning.
For one thing, the staff in the office are friendly and helpful. They are also extremely competent. But, a significant difference to other companies is the fact that there is actual support from the management board. Questions are answered. Background information to clients and working processes is provided. Workshops are provided when needed and they are fantastic. From the very beginning, I learn to look beyond traditional boundaries and gain experience from neighbouring fields.
You get all the support you need.
I am so totally impressed. I have never worked for a company ike this.
