The leadership management is a total chaos and the tone towards employees is very aggressive and diminishing.

Good is the salary. But the Management should keep word about other social benefits.

The only thing the management cares about is money. Talks are given about employees as the most important part of any company but the reality looks very different. Management does not hesitate to fire any employee over the smallest mistake - as an employee you live in constant fear that it could be your last day only because the management has a bad day.
