Employees are disrespected and bullied as a matter of sport. Sexism and racism are a daily occurrence. Employees gender and ethnicity are consistently used to mock and abuse.

In this office it is believed that belittlement and patronizing behavior is a form of acceptable communication. It’s not, it’s abusive.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
There are many good people who work at the office. However no one is shown any respect. What brings them together is trauma bonding.
