Focus on internationalization more. This goes for content, internal communication, and onboarding.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Good! Everybody is driven with the same goal in mind. There is time for a chat here and there, but during 'working hours' there is a strong focus on getting things done.
Kommunikation
The tone-of-voice is strong, direct, and professional. Slack is used for doing business and not so much for ‘fun’. Now we become an internationally focused company it would be good to use English more often instead of only German.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As mentioned earlier, it’s a delight to be working with like-minded professionals that fight for the same goal.
Work-Life-Balance
People love to work, and you can again feel that in the atmosphere. It is important to keep in mind that work-life balance is called a balance for a reason. I feel this is taken in regard well.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
For now I have not encountered this. There is of course the mutual respect for ‘layers’, but founders and management don’t act up, or ‘feel more important than others’. I would say the communication style is horizontal. This is something STRONG!

Good. The team is super young (average of around 29 I think), but because everybody is being professional on the job, you don’t really experience ‘age discrimination’.

Good. Working from home is nice, also the focus of working from anywhere is nice.
