How the office looks like it's also important. Feeling in a bad American movie of the 80s with blue carpet on the floor... not even in the worst American suburbs. Make some effort in creating a good work environment. In the kitchen there's a 1x1 m table for all the company employees which is in the same space of the workstations, making it super loud for those who just want to keep working. Sales are extremely impolite. Colleagues are often bothered by new hires's questions. Teamleads like to look respectful and fair but not always they actually are.
