The colleagues - the company itself is a big chaos sometimes but they have always managed to hire great personalities to the team.

Behaviour of the top management towards the employees. I felt that some of them simply lacked basic people skills to ask ”how are you doing?”. No wonder why so many director/team lead and VP level managers left the company at the beginning of the year.
Customer Excellence is supposed to be one of the company’s value but instead of adding people to the client facing roles, they have been cutting the head counts already prior COVID.

Quicker reaction to the market needs, the decision making process on how to improve the product is too slow compared to the similar companies.

Everyone is helpful and people like to work with each other.
You can suggest ideas for improvement but the most of the decision are made top-down due to the influence of the shareholder.

The company uses Slack and Confluence to foster the internal communication. It partly works and partly not.
During the COVID-19, wrong information about the status quo for the employees related to their jobs and salary reductions was given by the management.

In 2019, it was very loud in the office due to construction site next to the office. People are always free to work from home.

Low salaries in Munich compared to the other companies. New employees can negociate higher salaries than the existing employees in similar roles.
Benefits in 2020 were non-existent since due COVID training budgets were cut and catering lunch was not needed. No benefits related to sports or public transport.

People complain a lot about the actions of the higher management, I feel like they are not really trusting their words anymore.
