Gute Homeoffice Ausstattung.
Nettes Kollegium
Viel Durcheinander in der Kommunikationsmatrix. Mittelmäßige Informationsdurchdringung
Open feedback culture and eager for learning and improving.
Followups on Feedback takes time, sometimes feedbackloops are mute and you are frustrated about wasted effort, because the organisation lacks basic functions, roles and key people.
Clear up the reporting lines with in the company, hire more exp. people on key positions, especially in IT.
Focused with attention to create a team feeling. Open communication and feedback are encouraged.
2 stars more for, the company is very new and you not getting a famous bullet point into your cv. That could change in the next year or so...but mostly for area Berlin I'd say.
The company is ambitious. It shows in the time you put in. Yet manager try to watch out for excessive overtime and intervein.
But if you want to hit goalposts, while keeping the headcount low, it leads to work unfinished or overtime.
This is seen by the company and they address this, but also the market is empty. So hiring for IT remains a challenge. Know this before you join.
Highly depends on the strategy they want to go for. In my time, there were a lot of different roles still open and I could see a lot of potential to grow here. As of right now, the limited headcount within the departments made it hard to really focus on your actual task.
Common in Startups, so know this, when you join.
For my area average. Was fine, the market is competitive, you can earn more in other places.
See, what other benefits you can gain, if you want to work here. The money is totally enough, it is just not the biggest reason you would work here.
Nothing really to say here.
While I did not had insight in all parts of the company, what I have seen was a commitment to teamwork and sharing load together.
Nothing to complain here for me.
My direct manager was always correct and try to help when ever they could.
Room to improve is a more direct communication, transparent reporting line, more channels for instant communication and 1:1 to name a few.
Hardware remains challenging to get, especially when I was there. If the market for tech relaxes a bit, I expect that to improve.
Here there is room for improvement. While regular meetings include companywide all hands and transparent goals and targets, the individual communication suffers from being split into several locations.
Meeting culture need to formalize more. Minutes, Followups and Agenda should help to streamline.
Nothing to complain here for me.
Company starts out, tons of stuff to do, to learn, to improve, to make an impact.
That comes with the price of Work-Life Balance suffering.
