Working atmosphere, superiors and colleagues are pleasant and easy to work with, reasonable expectations from the employee, fair compensation, openness to feedback, accommodations for personal tasks, clear and transparent communication, a sense of acceptance and belonging to the team and most importantly psychological safety for the employees.

I prefer to work from office with presence of all colleagues at least for a couple of days in a month or quarter.

Depends on the project as it is consulting, but there is definitely a flexibility of working hours if the project allows. Accommodations for personal work, upskilling/education, vacations and travel time when travelling to and from client location.

Depends on the project, but the workload is fair, employees can support with tasks that they find interesting and would like to be involved in or are willing to develop themselves in a certain direction .
