Working from home and feeling part of a company is not always easy. With ADITION Technology, you really feel part of of a team, working towards a goal and getting never feel alone.
Coming to the office is also nice, they are really putting effort in making it comfy, you can tell.
I have a great work-life balance, and also I feel that my voice counts as much as the others.
